0445 taxi to EDI. I have never seen the airport so busy so early on a Sunday morning. By the time I was through security the queue had reached the top of the escalators. The problem was simply due to the enormous numbers of passengers. A cloudy smooth flight south.

A train to the hotel. A lovely sunny walk along the lake to a five and a half hour meeting. It rained heavily after dinner in the hotel.
