Blunz’n Kirtag

Or black pudding fair, believe it or not.
We went to a village fair with our friends for a fund raiser for the voluntary fire fighters. I chose the Blunz’n Gröstl which is black pudding sliced and roasted in a pan with potatoes, onions and spices. I am not a big fan of black pudding but this dish is delicious. We went to the cake room afterwards for coffee and cake. There is always cake at Austrian festivals, mostly homemade in the village. There was such an array, as seen in the extra, but I didn’t have any. I think the Blunz’n was naughty enough for one day.
We left in time to watch the Formula 1 and spread out on the couch.
