Here's looking at you

The day turned out as planned, even the weather. Swam in the morning and made up for yesterday's missed two minutes. Then a trawl round Aldi and Sainsbury's for veg and bulb (light).

Then home. I was a bit over optimistic about the weather forecast and put out the washing which had to come in when the planned rain arrived. An interesting email arrived in reply to my letter. Seems an unknown cousin in Bucksburn may hold clues to family history questions. Exciting.

Spent the afternoon catching up on my 'learning' and watched a bit of TV before spending a stupid amount of time sourcing a 2020 diary. The best deal turned out to be Blackwell's, cheaper than Amazon and free delivery. Bear watched me. Outside the rain battered down.
