Useful Stuff 1

This is just 'useful' stuff' :)

Positives for the day:

I'm not flooded (there is a lot of flooding and damage around locally at the moment including the river Lambourn which runs through the housing estate I live on)

Saw two deer running along the other side of the hedge when out driving this morning, beautiful!

Feeling positive, things will happen this year that will be good!

I have done 3/4 of the work needed for my Footsteps course on Saturday!
My back is not too bad today :)

Negative~first full 4 days of work this week since last year....hope I can have a positive shift this afternoon :)
