Only 26 Minutes ..............

........... until the curried parsnip soup is ready.

I love this gadget. For the majority of lunchtimes I am on my own. I can make enough soup for myself for two days. I can make the flavours I like. It only takes 30 minutes and there is only the one jug to be washed as it blends the soup too. Only downside is that I cut myself every time I clean the jug.

Back to the routine today. Quite heavy rain adding to the depression.

Think soup making will be as exciting as it gets around here today.
