My Friend Lila

Today we collected my friend Lila from Skipton station, she is staying till Tuesday.
It is so lovely to see her! We lived not far from each other when we lived near Dumfries - though we are both Lancashire lasses.
Lila and I first met about 5 years ago when we both went to ukulele class and instantly gelled. We ended up forming a duet with Lila singing lead and me doing harmonies whilst both playing ukulele - we were called HeartStrings.
Then Frank and I upped and left! 
I miss singing with her so we'll be making up for lost time over the couple of days she's here.
She always brings a smile to our faces too.
I hope that now she's made the journey once, she'll be a more frequent visitor;-)
