What a difference a day makes :)

Ok ok I said I wasn't guna do another beach shot but I couldn't resist :) still improving and mood is more stable, the longer walks are helping and the early rising. I really would like to be able to walk to beach on my own but im still too scared for that, I will get there though. Dont get me wrong I love walking with Dave but it would be nice to know I could go when I feel like it instead of being pulled back by my insecurities. Not A nice feeling. Ash approached a black lab on the beach and it went for him not a nice sight I was more scared then Ash. As we walked on heard the lab barking again turned round and it went for another dog, im sorry but it should be on a lead! diet going fandabidozi :) im a happy gal and looking forward to stepping on those scales tomorrow :) watch this space. Had a Warburton square wrap for breakfast with grilled bacon and egg Mmm Mmm you may think a wrap for breakfast sounds funny but they are more bread like than a usual wrap. They are also only 4pp. got my dad coming now so I will have to dash. Thanks for stars and fav on yesterdays blip :)
