There are many things I dislike about social medial but it has it's uses. One of my favourite is the way it connects you with others with the same interests. Finally feeling up to some exercise, and with the perfect day for it, I had an early meet up at the canal with Neil & Sandra for a SUP adventure up to Riddlesden and back. It was every bit as lovely as I imagined and they were both great companions to share it with. There was a bit of hard work with 3 sets of locks to negotiate, exiting and walking up the side, but all worth while with stops for breakfast at the top of the Five Rise and cake & ice creams on the way back.
