Pitch Perfect @BloodyScotland 2019

A year ago I was one of the finalists in the Pitch Perfect contest at the Bloody Scotland crime fiction festival. This year was far less stressful as I got to watch and listen to the 2019 pitchers. Hearty congrats to the winner, Suzy Aspley - her pitch was my favourite, with a matchbox of children’s teeth proving a brilliant (if macabre!) prop. I’ve little doubt she’ll be represented by a literary agent very soon, and look forward to reading her book.
