Glencoyne valley & Ullswater

Parked at Glencoyne car park at the edge of Ullswater, and walked up the Glencoyne valley and up onto Raise. Raise is next to Helvellyn, and many don't know it. The route we took was quiet - we saw few people all day! What I forget is that Raise is almost 3000' high. So it was a fairly long day, but the weather was gorgeous (although a little flat for photography further up). Certainly the best pictures were taken at lower altitudes.
