Rare Coppers

A unexpected and lovely surprise visit from J & J, who had an afternoon to spare in Edinburgh after their American hosts had headed south - naturally invited them to the Vaults. We had a bite to eat, a delicious dram and a mighty blether. Turned out they'd been on a cruise round the Forth yesterday but not alighted at Inchcolm - they'd had no idea that Dave was there. J said she thought the chap catching the ropes to tie up the boat looked vaguely familiar!

Walked with them to Ocean Terminal tfor a coffee and then the immensely convenient 200 bus link to the airport and thence home to Sussex.
