Ghostly biscuits

These are made with the cheese on the left or Edam cheese. Cut into triangles and lay on a baking sheet put in over 200c for 10 minutes. Take out and cool on a rack.
Then there you are Tortillas. Ready to dip into the salsa I made out of my home grown tomatoes chives parsley coriander. Oh! Yum
