Friday night dinner...

Friday night dinners are (sort of) alone. The husband is off to early swim practice. The girlies usually would rather just take the more "informal" dinner night in the family room playing games. So I use it as a chance to make whatever I want with no complaints!

Tonight was mushroom/pepper/onion quesadilla with avocado on the side and glass of Merlot. Absolutely wonderful!
