Cherry Blossom Lights

My kids, knowing my love of twinkly lights, bought me this mini light-up cherry blossom tree. It was a bit tall so I took away one of the poles and set it in a piece of old clay pipe, which is now pretending to be a vase or a pot of some sort...and set it in my favourite corner of the living room. I love the light it brings to my little reading corner.

...somewhat at a loss for blip inspiration the last few days - this weekend I have taken down the decorations and the Christmas tree. so the house is a bit dull. The weather's been cold, and until today quite grey, so outdoor blips were uninspiring. And I have spent way too many hours doing battle with the 3rd row seatbelts of the new car and some of the kids car seats...the seatbelts have beaten me...for now!!! but Im going to call in the big guns...the car seat tech. and then those seatbelts will be sorry ;0)
