2019 Friday — Sunset Triptych

I know this is not really a triptych, but close enough. We were having a late dinner when we realized the sunset wasn’t going to wait for us. We were having a lite meal of soup and salad so it was easy to step away from my place for a moment to watch. The sun is currently quite to the north of our place.

Sunset is one of the most spectacular moments of the day, so we have a difficult time ignoring it. It is a reminder of how quickly time evaporates and that we cannot get it back when it’s gone. It’s a precious valuable commodity.
