Morphine...

On 1/15/09, I took a very bad fall down a short flight of stairs... I tore one disc in my back, another is bulging and I had no feeling in my left foot...

All I can say, as you can see by the expression on my face, is "THANK GOD for Morphine", and all the other meds that kept me comfortable...
