Bathing Basket

Last night we arrived at my sister's house and let ourselves in as she was in hospital recovering from hip-replacement surgery - and this evening - she's home, tired but in good shape! Her cat was very pleased to see her. (So were we, of course!) Here he is in what he's adopted as his bathing basket!

Today is our 44th wedding anniversary and we celebrated with a lovely three-course lunch at The Three Horseshoes in the village, since when we've been struggling to stay awake. Fab food and plentiful, too! Probably be early nights all round - especially in case my sister needs help overnight, though she's managing magnificently so far.
