Shrimp and broccoli risotto

Right before lunchtime today, I realized I left my wallet at home. I scrounged around my car for enough change to get something out of the vending machine. As I ate my lunch I came to the conclusion that hotpockets are still absolutely disgusting. Thankfully I had all the ingredients at home to make this delicious risotto for dinner. It almost makes up for the fact my lunch came out of a vending machine...yuck!
