Return of the spider

I seem to have become besotted with macro at the moment, especially spiders, and trying out different settings and stuff. This one was a tricky little devil as it seemed a bit skittish, with the slightest brush of his web resulting in him legging it. Of course, to get even close to the angle I wanted I had to get the lens as close to the web as possible, too close at times, so we had a great time playing hide and seek.

The extra is a bit more gruesome and I think back to the fly I recently Blipped...

Internet problems: BT engineer is coming round on Monday PM and in the meantime they've given me a 4g Mini Hub. The upload speed is painful.
