I don't have much family on my side, but remarkably this is the first time I have ever taken a photo of my very talented niece. The family had one of our rare get togethers today, one third living in Russia. We had a good laugh.

The day had started with the accomplishment of one of my things to do before the end of last year, a trip to the Commonwealth pool where we bumped into who else, but Russian based sister. Great time was had and we'll be back probably one Sunday in the next few weeks.
