The swimming beach ...

... looking upwards.A pebbly spit separates the sea from an inland lagoon and at the right time of day you get a good silhouette. A lovely swim at around 5pm, the sun starting to lower but still retaining its warmth. 

Another amazing day, cloudless and warm and we've been pretty hedonistic - a long lunch down by the pond with G & C followed by some gentle gardening. Too nice to come in really. Summer (Samhradh) hanging on in here,

Samhradh - I think this is about the summer coming in but it will do as nicely for the summer gently gathering her skirts but still shining.
