Day 2 of the RSE conference. Another action packed day. It is ironic that we have to go to Birmingham to catch up with colleagues who sit 5m away during our coffee break to find out what they are doing. The talks were good. The absolute highlight was Ben Goldacre giving a fantastic keynote on bad science and how research software can help. The after dinner speaker was Maggie Aderin-Pocock telling us about her crazy dreams and what it is like being a space scientist.
