Plastered

I saw a guy plastering this the other day, I was amazed by the finish on it today when I got in.

I had a massive spasm of back pain before my lecture this morning, so bad that I had to lie down behind the lectern and do a couple of stretches so that I could stand up straight (its a big lectern so the students couldn't see that I was on my back but they must have wondered why I was hiding). I'm hoping it's going to ease off a bit after a few drams.
