Snack on the dock

I took a few photos of crows while we were waiting for the ferry. They like to hang out down at the dock and in the parking lot, looking for snacks.  We went down an hour before the ferry was scheduled to leave and already the parking lot was nearly full. The cars were way up the road by the time the ferry arrived. It was an overload, which seems to happen more often than not these days. Our 2nd ferry to the mainland was also an overload so we missed it and had an hour's wait for it too. Fortunately it wasn't a 2 hour wait because there was an extra sailing scheduled.
Good to get to Renata and James' house just in time for supper.  Great to see them and the granddog.  :-)
