The champion

This is my friend, Kamal Elgargni, the new Olympia champion in the 212lbs class. He has now won every major title in the world available to him. This has been over the period of the last 22 years, the time he has lived in England after moving there from Libya.

I was always aware of his enormous talent and over the last 17 years we have made 2 training DVDs with him. It was such a thrill seeing him win this major event in Las Vegas. Even more so at the age of 48. This is an incredible achievement.

He lives in Northampton where he owns a very highly rated gym and gym equipment business.
