Three Mus-cache-eers

The girls were with us today and we were reminded that we hadn't yet released our four geocaching trackables (see below if you want to know what one of these is). Our four are in a race with each other to go around the world and rack up the greatest mileage possible. We picked four caches close to each other in the Chilterns and dropped a trackable in each. Immy's is Rover the Dog, Rosie's is Lulu the Ladybird, mine (Chris) is Lotus Antlers the Jackalope and Annie's is Whiskers the Cat. We are now waiting with baited breath to see when they move.

What is Geocaching?

Geocaching is a real world, outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS. Participants navigate to a set of GPS coordinates to find a geocache (container) hidden at that location. The geocaches are listed on www.geocaching.com.

A trackable has a unique code that can be used to log its movements and travel the world being moved by geocachers. Often the trackables have a travel-related goal set by their owner and some have travelled hundreds of thousands of miles being moved from cache to cache.
