Wednesday

I donated blood this afternoon; there are only 2% of people in Scotland with my blood type. They were running short and I was asked to donate this week. 
Afterwards I crossed the road and got this view of the back of Edinburgh Castle. 

I was brave today and emailed a private psychotherapist. I have an initial assessment appointment on Tuesday.
