Project Australia: Phase 2

10 weeks today I'll be in Australia.... or at least that's the plan.

Phase 1 (save money for the flight) is complete, and now so is phase 2 - The Visa.

I had a slightly worryingly unofficial looking official confirmation today by e-mail that I will actually be allowed to board the plane and step foot in the country. Useful, I think you'll agree, but I just wish I could have something a bit more tangible to hold - I've had more important looking cinema reservations!!

Oh well, I trust that someone somewhere is doing their job and it will all be fine. The only thing left to do is to persuade work to give me the 3 weeks off!
