Perching Pigeon Pair

Grey day, nothing much going on - but at least I took my camera.

If nothing else, I confirmed a diagnosis, as the first shot I took of this pigeon pair was almost completely black; this was taken almost immediately afterwards.

So. Aperture block failure then.

So... once September with this DA50-200 is done, I reckon I'll affix my M42 adapter, and stick to manual aperture lenses. The modern lenses can sit waiting for a new camera body come Christmas.
