Feels Like Fall

A blustery day today - very windy, rainy, feels very much like fall. I went out to the garden during a break in the rain and found some really interesting images. I'm always amazed when I find little creatures hiding in plain view. Meanwhile, I know that we have plenty of Crane Flies living in our yard but hadn't ever had one stay still long enough to actually capture it. So here it is, sitting amongst the Chinese Lanterns - Physalis alkekengi. I think it qualifies for TinyTuesday....


The forecast is increasing sunnier as the week goes on, although I'm flying to Palm Springs on Thursday where it's rather warm and very dry!
