Minna

On site at a client today and they have a catered lunch provided for all the staff. I have known Minna for a while as our sons went to school together and previously I worked alongside her husband.

Minna caters for 100 people out of a rather small mobile kitchen and turns out amazing food every single day, and almost every time it's a different menu. Today's choices were

Jerk chicken supreme with rice 'n' peas
New potatoes with (something) with Hake
Korean chilli swede with bulgar wheat and rocket

Not bad huh?
