Today I swam in the sea, had a seaweed bath in the hotel spa, painted a miniature of one of the many wonderful original art pieces on hotel walls, listened to some music (Ry Cooder and CCR), almost finished a cryptic crossword and chatted to friendly folk. And had a lovely after lynch nap.

I need to get ready for dinner now and then there is entertainment in the Ivy Room.
