Just a few remaining...

I had a list of things to do around the house today but by the time the afternoon came it was much too lovely to stay indoors, so I picked up the camera and headed up to the moor. 

Apart from a couple of dogwalkers, I had the moor to myself.  There were lots of signs of the changing season; leaves turning mottled; purple heather becoming brown and this last bunch of rowan berries.  I could imagine a bird sidling sideways along this branch to reach them, it getting lower and lower.
