You Keep on Moving

Went to see Glenn Hughes in Leuven. Amazingly having seen Deep Purple over 12 times, Rainbow 3 times, Blackmores Night 4 times and Whitesnake once I have never seen Glenn Hughes play before. Always thought his performance on the video of the California Jam was awful.

But what a voice for a 67 year old who has had battles with alcohol and drugs!!! Even the Mk IV songs (Gettin' Tighter and You Keep on Moving) he made sound really exciting. The Burn era material was excellent, and the final Highway Star probably put the current Purple line up to shame.  Would definite go see him again.
