Nasturtium

Another day in the sunshine harvesting from the allotment. Today we picked this years amazing pear crop, too many to eat so some will go to be pressed. We also picked the squashes and have placed them on the shelves in the greenhouse for final ripening.

We have occasional visits from deer on our allotment, they nibbled a few fallen pears but did not fancy the squash.

Todays blip is the intricate nasturtium flower, open in the sunshine.
