Life from city to village

Room

So panicked phone call from my daughter first thing - she had left her passport behind. I had a full diary, part of which had to be abandoned anyway to sort out an issue which cropped up in the morning. Finished my last meeting at about ten to six, drove home, picked up my youngest and my daughter's passport, then drove to York to take it to her. Her room, pictured, is lovely and so big!

Then drove back, treated my youngest to a pizza, and finished some essential work tasks before bed, while he watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail. He is now talking about some intensive German classes as he wants to go to University in Germany - to study history there.
