Trellisic Gardens

After a lazy morning we visited the National Trust gardens at Trellisic. I have never seen so many glorious hydrangeas ranging from full flower to dried decaying autumnal beauties.

This evening it was our turn to provide the meal so we cooked Coc-au-Vin from the brilliant roasting tin recipe book.
