Shadow play

A day off before a trip to London for Richmond marathon and with Louisa at work it was a Daddy-Owen day.
A quiet Daddy-Owen day with a walk to the shop and meeting Aaron after school being the most energetic we really got. But there was plenty of play and Owen did his part in helping me tidy the kitchen as the sun streamed through the window.
