We wondered how the market town initiative of Ellesmere can support you? How can we respond to the rising drug and alcohol problems, anti-social behaviour, rural isolation and dull job prospects of our towns young people?
Maybe we could build you a youth centre or run some activity schemes? maybe we can work to promote better job opportunities or encourage you in a better standard of education? maybe we can improve transport links or provide leisure activities?
Actually we decided to fund the importing of artworks, dig some big holes and drop them there for a few months for you to look at. Unfortunately we won't leave them for your enjoyment as we will need to dig them up and move them on ... apart from the 'random objects stuck on stones', we can keep them.
