Oh dear

.....Extreme water restrictions are on the way if we don’t get a lot of rain soon.

I’m only planting plants that require little water these days and after poor rainfall for years the soil is very dry and hydrophobic. It’s getting hot during the day - up to 29° but we are still getting frosts each morning. Poor plants don’t know what to do.
