Rebellion with Rhythm

Fucking headlight bulb went again, same one! In the office today and the Extinction Rebellion protest is now into its fourth day with the roads in the centre of the city around our office closed off.
The cause has my complete support, but not their methods. A lot of people who need to work to pay bills have been inconvenienced unnecessarily. I know the protestors would say they have to cause inconvenience to get people to pay attention, but if social media is anything to go by, you also risk pissing off a lot of people who will now be more closed to the arguments than they were before.
Also using plastic plant pots, non-biodegradable balloons and a diesel generator for your performance stage was a rookie PR mistake imho.
