Carrot - Symbol of love and devotion...?

My mum brought home this carrot today, and I've never seen one like it - it's 2 carrots entwined in a spiral shape.

Next thing you could be seeing wedding invitations and valentine's cards with carrots like these on the front!

But I'll not hold my breath for that...
