Proms in the Park

Perfect weather for a big day out.

Louise, Lucy and I met our respective daughters, who all live in London, for lunch. They went off for coffees and we sisters went to Proms in the Park.

Highlights for me were:

Freedom Choir
Les Mis Ensemble
Jack Savoretti (very fetching)
and Barry Manilow

Barry was sheer entertainment! He thanked the London Philharmonic orchestra but he should have thanked the BBC concert orchestra (tee hee!)

We sent our missing sister lots of photos. She has 2 daughters so they would have upset the balance.

We shall all see each other again soon for the wedding.
