down(y) time

I love Sundays. We attend church on Saturday nights usually, and try to keep Sundays unscheduled. So I sleep in, linger over the Sunday paper, check in with my daughters (one long distance, the other here in town), and truly enjoy down time.
And I was very pleased this morning when this downy woodpecker arrived in our peach tree out back -not much effort extended on my part :-)
