Blue Tongue

I promised a certain Blipper that I would publish a picture of OilMan and Will feeding a giraffe at the San Diego Zoo. Will is now 21 years old and leaving next week for his senior year in college. This picture has sat on OilMan's desk for eighteen years since it was taken, and it brings a smile to my face every time I happen by. 

The whole family is coming to dinner tonight and we decided on a menu, which required an quick trip to Costco for a single item...well two packages of lamb chops. Nobody has better ones, and the boys like them. Then we had to go to the regular market for normal quantities of everything else. 

On our return I got a rather worried call from my brother asking me if everything was OK. It is a testament to Blipfoto (and I suppose to my dogged tenacity) that when I fail to post an entry for a single day, somebody fears the worst. Rick did prompt me to check and discover my completed entry still up on the computer. I did everything except press 'publish' it would seem. That has now been accomplished.

It was Friday the 13th.
