The old and the new.

After a day of discussing Diet, Mood, Health and Well-being on a CPC course - Thanks again Martin Wood for an interesting and fun day - I thought it would be good to have a late afternoon stroll along a favourite section of the Monty Canal.
Spoilt all the good done with a pint of something good at The Raven in Welshpool.
Oh, and Fish & Chips from the award winning Andrew's Fish Bar.
There's always tomorrow to get back on the straight and narrow!
