Today we left the delta after a bush walk then breakfast .... as we got into the mokoro canoes and looked back there was no sign that we’d.been there, even the campfire ashes were buried.

On the way back to Maun we visited a local school and the kids were adorable - high fives all round.

4pm we took a flight in a tiny 4 seater Cessna and saw the Okavango delta from the air - vast! Elephants, hippo, buffalo and crocodiles visible, a memorable experience.

The shower and crisp white sheets of the lodge were so welcome after the camping ...clean & shiny again.
