National Lacemaking Day

After a late night (printing out labels for today) and a bit of confusion over arrangements/organisation for today, made it to Wokingham Library for National lacemaking Day. Wokingham busy today as it was celebrating 800 years of the market. The good thing about that was that I didn’t get a stitch done today as there was a steady stream of people (children mainly), wanting to have a go at making lace, for which they then got a sticker (label).

Good advertising for the event probably helped too :)
