Parkrun Celebrations

Cycled down to parkrun this morning and L and I were volunteering. I did the first timers brief then L and I did the finishing tokens.

It was my mate PC’s joint 100th Parkrun and 25th volunteering stint as he was tail walker.

After lunch, L and I went round to the cricket club as they were hosting a German Shepard Lovers Dog Show. There were lots of beautiful canines on show. I grew up with 2 German Shepard’s so it took me back.

Afterwards, L and I went for a nice cycle around the Murieston Trail.

We’re having pizza and the movies tonight. Going to watch The Goonies!
