Hanging there

In the streets of old town Locorotondo there are several art installations on some environmental theme. Some are obvious, some are not. I couldn’t figure this one out though it is the one which came to mind as I was thinking through the day. Otherwise, spent the day taking in the sun. Easy to do here.
